It's really summer!

On my way home today I passed a lemonade stand. That was the moment that I knew in my heart, without a doubt, it is really and truly summer. It was no ordinary lemonade stand though. It was a lemonade stand run by the 4 cutest freckle-faced boys I've ever seen.

Naturally, I stopped to buy a cup, at 25 cents it was a bargain I couldn't pass up. But I couldn't resist asking "So, is it homemade?"

"Of course!" piped up one, obviously the leader of the venture. Another boy shot him a look. Guilty concience.

"Well," he finally admitted "actually, it's from a powder. We don't know how to cook yet." I assured them that it was quite the best non-homecooked lemonade I'd ever tasted.

So now, thirst quenched, Kraft Dinner on the stove (yes, it's one of those days) it's time to stop dillydallying and get writing a paper that's due tomorrow.

I've decided as a celebratory token, I will knit myself a new cell phone cozy. My other one (made from manos) is just getting to fuzzy and pilly. This one will be with the leftovers from Clapotis I think, a lovely bright pink yarn from Fleece Artist. Quite the thing now that it's lemonade stand season!

Yes, I would say a lemonade stand marks the beginning of summer...:0)

Kind of ironic that the seller said he couldn't cook yet, and you went home and made Kraft Dinner...lol!

Hi, I'd like to know where to get help and advice on strictly come dancing. I've joined strictly come dancing to contact others who may be able to help me. Are there any other sites where I can get such advice?
TIA
